The scope of this 2-day program teaches the beginner and enhances the skills of the experienced ceramist. A method of fabricating porcelain veneers on individual die refractory models, translating information presented on the study model to the final restoration and maintaining color control through the understanding and use of a porcelain system will be discussed.
Participants will fabricate (3, 4 or 6) veneers on refractory dies that they will be able to keep and use as a sample case.

Preparation design.

Fabrication technique for model with individual refractory dies.

Build 4 veneers which can be used as a sample case.

Specialized work-order form: Transmitting essential information.

Techniques to effectively duplicate provisionals point by point
analysis for quality control.

Managing length and thickness.
·
Translucency and opacity working with the stump, shade, shape,
contour & texture.

Considerations for firing cycles on refractory.
