Gnatho-orthopedic relationships, relating to growth, position of mandibular orthodontic approaches.

Session III:   ARTICULATORS & ARTICULATION     Clinic & Laboratory

Date:  November 3, 2007
Demonstration of capturing centric relations & transferring same to articulators.  The importance of anatomical mechanical equivalence relating to the quality of function to the patient.  Lecture, slides, videotape.

Session IV:   FIXED & VARIABLE DETERMINANTS     Lecture & Laboratory

Session VI & VII:  FUNCTIONAL WAXING COURSE     Lecture & Hands-On in Lab.

Session VIII & Session IX:  MOUTH REHABILITATION     Lecture & Hands-On in Lab.

Lecture & hands-on involving partial designs, various attachment components & the use of milling equipment.

Session X & Session XI:  DENTURES - AESTHETIC & FUNCTIONAL SETTING OF TEETH   Lecture & Hands-On in Lab. – 2 Days

Clinical evaluation of patient prior to invasive procedure.  Diagnostic analysis of patient utilizing mounted models on semi-adjustable instruments.

Time set aside for reviewing written examinations & extra time as needed.

4 Days of Hands-On in Laboratory

Dates:  June 7,  June 21,  July 12,  July 26  AND  August 9, 2008
Tutoring approach reorganizing posterior occlusion & anterior guidance.  Preparation for appearance before ASMDT Board of Examiners on  August 23, 2008.

Upon course completion, students receive 150 hours of CDT Credits
